Before knowing Alex, I was a bit sceptical towards the idea of hypnotherapy. My knowledge about it was almost non-existent, just what they show in the movies…

I thought we were going to focus on my eating disorder, difficulty of letting go and stress. After the first session, it became clear to her that the bottom line for all of it, was anxiety.
